The North Face Women’s Summit L3 Ventrix Hoodie strikes a perfect balance of insulation and breathability to optimize body temperature and keep you dry and warm. To achieve this North Face used a targeted zonal insulation with 40 g insulation in the core area and 25 g insulation in the arms for added mobility.  For increased breathability, The North Face used lasers cutting to create micro perforations in key areas like the back and chest panel. These perforations create dynamic venting when moving while still maintaining warmth when stationary.
