Hoka M Torrent 2 Running Shoe

The Hoka Torrent is built with the fleet-of-foot in mind.  This nimble trail machine is one of the lightest shoes in Hoka’s trail running line, thanks to its lower stackheight and PROFLY construction.  PROFLY is Hoka’s patented midsole construction, fusing a lighter, softer foam in the heel with a slightly firmer, snappier, more protective foam in the forefoot.  This allows you to descent technical trails with reckless abandon, climb like a mountain goat, and do your best twinkle toes imitation over technical terrain.

The Torrent is equiped with a proprietary sticky rubber outsole and multi-directional lugs that will inspire confidence in all conditions.  The PROFLY EVA midsole is softer in the heel, and firmer in the forefoot. It also utilized an early stage Meta-Rocker, giving the shoe a snappier, faster feel.  The upper is built with a light and breathable engineered mesh, with reinforced overlays through the midfoot to help lock you in place.   

The Torrent is the shoe for you if you’re looking for a nimble trail runner that offers a snappy feel climbing, or traversing technical flats; but still offers a bit of cushion on longer descents.
